newsletter subscribers, meeting
visitors and other website
visitors. Its designed to

How we use
your personal data
We collect
information from you when you
first attend one of our meetings:
First name, last name, postal
address and optionally email
address, and telephone number. We
also maintain an attendance flag
to indicate which meetings you
have attended.
The data is stored
on our Administrators
computer in an encrypted
container on disc and is backed
up in encrypted form to cloud
storage. Only the Administrator
has access to the data.
Additionally, if
the member has supplied an email
address, the members first
and last names and their email
address are stored in an online
newsletter publishing system
called 'MailChimp' so that email
newsletters can be sent to
members occasionally. Only the
Administrator has access to this
online data which is protected by
userid and password.
We will
never share your personal data
No information is
shared with anyone else.
Occasionally the Group Organiser
may request information about a
member from the Administrator in
order to contact the member.
Retaining
and deleting personal data
Your information
is retained on our system
permanently unless you ask us to
remove it. Your information is
also maintained in the online
Newsletter system unless you
unsubscribe yourself or ask us to
remove it.
You may ask for
your information to be removed
from our system and/or newsletter
system and this will be actioned
as soon as possible within 14
days.
You may request to
see the information that we store
about you at any time and you may
ask for us to change the data
that we are holding about you.
Should you ever
wish to have your personal data
removed from our systems, simply

Amendments
We reserve the
right to amend this policy at any
time without notice in order to
better protect your personal
data, and to comply with all
legal regulations.
Your
rights
By law you have
the right to request copies of
all data we may hold about you.
Should you wish to act on this
right you can contact us any time
and well respond as quickly
as possible.
Cookies
A cookie is a
small piece of information stored
in your web browser which allows
a website to display customised
information to you. We do
not use cookies on our
website.
